I help technology founders, PE-backed companies, and growth-stage businesses solve the operational and strategic challenges I have personally lived through as a co-founder and COO. My value is direct: 20+ years building infrastructure software businesses, two successful exits, and an end-to-end view of what scale, M&A, and exit actually require.

Most recently I co-founded and ran StarWind Software as COO for 17 years, scaling it to 63,800+ active deployments across 100+ countries, then leading the company through its acquisition by DataCore Software in May 2025. Earlier I co-founded Rocket Division Software, which I exited in 2010. Across both companies I owned worldwide sales and marketing, multi-jurisdictional governance and compliance, finance, and investor relations across multiple venture rounds.

What sets me apart on this platform: hands-on operator perspective, applied alongside founders and management teams on problems I have personally solved. I am Cyprus-based with EU substance, which makes me a credible director and executive for companies setting up or scaling EU operations. • Led worldwide sales and marketing operations, building a scalable international sales organization with double-digit annual growth.
• Managed investor relations across VC rounds with ABRT, Almaz Capital, and AVentures Capital.
