• • Leadership of cross-site catering and support service delivery in Germany, including Munich, Hamburg, Günzburg, Stuttgart, Tübingen, Karlsruhe, Schwetzingen, and Landshut.

• • Management of NSPA catering projects SOB II, SOB III, and SOB IV as an integrated delivery program with coordinated scope, schedule, resources, governance, and control mechanisms.

• • Coordination of operational support interfaces for catering, logistics, site services, as well as project-related construction/facility/construction support requirements.

• • Management of the NSPA project 2024 in Norway with full responsibility for planning, implementation, team leadership, budget control, stakeholder communication, and risk management.

• • Definition of goals, requirements, milestones, and project plans; ensuring transparent tracking, customer coordination, executive reporting, and operational performance management.

• • Head of Operations responsibility and central contact person for COVID Operations in the medical support environment, including vaccination centers, COVID airport operations, and laboratory support in Germany.

• • Management of administrative and operational processes with a focus on stable daily workflows, reliable service quality, documentation, and smooth communication.

• • Coordination of appointment scheduling, registration, reporting, and data quality; contact person for patients, employees, partners, and operational stakeholders.

• • Solution-oriented management of operational issues in a highly dynamic, regulated environment with high demands on quality, speed, and reliability.

• • Responsibility for project planning and delivery activities, including team coordination, budget overview, stakeholder communication, risk, and implementation management.

• • Creation of detailed project plans and ensuring on-time implementation through structured follow-up, performance tracking, and management reporting.
