About Ambroise

🏦 My specialty? High-criticality transactional systems: financial, trading, payment systems. Where every failure has a measurable cost and industrialization is not an option.

🛠️ Need an embedded technical lead for the long term, or a targeted intervention (audit, training, consulting)? I help your teams master their end-to-end delivery: Craftsmanship, CI/CD, IaC, observability, AI agents.

🚀 Experience forged through several ambitious transformations at Betclic, AXA, Ayvens: contexts under strong operational constraints, where reliability is at the heart of the challenges.

🚨 Seasoned on-call engineer: observability and resilience are design requirements, not late fixes. Metrics, monitors, and SLOs are integrated from the first sprint.

💎 Hands-on technical leadership, pursuing a culture of sustainable quality and reliability within teams. And delivering with the help of the best AI tools available.

📍 Available in the Paris region, or remotely with occasional travel.

Ambroise has a perfect command of his technical subjects, both front-end and back-end, which is already remarkable given his years of experience. But he combines this with a seriousness, curiosity, involvement, and sense of responsibility rarely found elsewhere. Therefore, whether it's a complex development task, or an analysis or requirements formalization job, entrusting it to Ambroise means you can be sure it will be done, done well, and done quickly. From a human perspective: he is a driving force in the team, participates a lot, always offers to help those who need it, and gets along very well with everyone, without taking up all the space. Finally, in addition to his skills in .NET and Angular, Ambroise was able to leverage his time at Ayvens to train on DevOps and Azure cloud infrastructure issues, within the framework of very concrete subjects: architecture, scripting, and configuration issues for all types of Azure resources (app services, functions, storage, front door, API management, subnets,...) In short, he is a profile I cannot recommend highly enough.
