    In a team of 8 people, I am primarily responsible for managing our external and internal event projects. The vocational training and guidance sector is constantly evolving, leading to an increase in trade shows/congresses and conferences we participate in across France. To ensure proper representation of the OPCO and our sectors, I am in charge of project engineering, from stand creation in collaboration with the Careers Promotion department and our service provider, to logistical, budgetary, and timeline management. Depending on the event's size, I coordinate the presence of our representatives on-site and ensure the event runs smoothly. Choosing giveaways, print materials, and producing visual communication tools are all within my expertise. In parallel, I coordinate and support various departments in creating their own team events: seminars, team-building, diploma ceremonies, and defenses are all projects I manage. Finally, I also oversee the social events that punctuate the year for Atlas employees. Creating memorable internal events allows me to leverage my creativity and proactively propose ideas to management.
