Within the Platform Engineering entity, I lead the discovery and delivery of a "golden path" and self-service tools used by developers for continuous integration.

Missions:

➜ Launched 4 repository templates and 5 reusable GitLab CI components, enabling developers to create a repository, build, and publish an artifact for their application in less than a week while adhering to company standards (security, FinOps, etc.)

➜ Defined the documentation structure for these products on our internal documentation platform

➜ Defined adoption KPIs to measure product usage and impact

➜ Managed a team of 6 DevOps engineers in an Agile environment, managing the backlog and prioritizing features.

Led the migration of 10 existing API applications from separate repositories deployed on EC2 to a monorepo with containerized deployments on EKS. The team grew from 4 to 8 DevOps engineers, then reduced to 3 after the migration.

Missions:

➜ Facilitated story-mapping workshops to define a migration plan (covering code retrieval, IaC, CI/CD pipelines, load testing, and production switchover) adapted to each application

➜ Designed critical path diagrams for easy tracking of progress and dependencies

➜ Led weekly synchronization meetings with stakeholders (application teams, testing team, and production management team)

➜ Built quarterly roadmaps, wrote and prioritized epics and user stories in Jira.

Product Owner of an internal platform providing 3 Web and API services to the company's business applications: communication generation and distribution, electronic signature, and electronic document management.

Missions:

➜ Monitored feature progress and managed dependencies weekly with stakeholders and external providers

➜ Coordinated load testing and dimensioning of the communication editing platform to handle double the load, following the migration of 2 million contracts

➜ Defined the monitoring and alerting strategy to reduce the incident response time to less than 15 minutes.
