Arnold De Parscau

My name is Arnold de Parscau, I am 37 years old and I am a director based in Paris.

After directing a music video for David Lynch, a foundational experience in my artistic journey, I directed two feature films released in theaters (Ablations in 2014, screenplay by Benoît Delépine, and Une barque sur l’océan in 2020). My next project, Enfant de la pluie with Fanny Ardant and Guillaume Gouix, is currently in development.

My short films (La Nourrice, Le Domaine des étriqués, Salamandre…) have been selected in numerous international festivals (San Sebastian, Sitges, Gérardmer, Leeds, Berlin…) and several have received awards (Méliès d’Argent, Best Short Film Sinistro, BARCIFF…).

Since 2012, I have also directed sketches for the show Groland on Canal+ (over 300 to date), and I create advertising films and brand content for various brands such as Four Seasons, Adidas, RTL, Groupama, Orange, Miléade, and Oenobiol.

In parallel, for over fifteen years, I have worked as a cinematographer on numerous music videos, fiction films, and commercials, a job that nourishes my vision as a director.

I also own a complete professional audiovisual equipment: a fully equipped RED camera with cinema lenses, sound equipment, steadicam, and accessories, allowing me to ensure high-quality shoots autonomously.

I am looking to develop ambitious and unique cinema projects, while continuing my work as a director and cinematographer in advertising, fiction, and television.
