The S4US Finance Purchasing project is a brownfield conversion to SAP S/4HANA, conducted at RTE, aiming to modernize and optimize financial and purchasing processes.

It covers several strategic areas:

Area 1: New GL Migration (General and Analytical Accounting).

Area 2: Technical S/4 Conversion and deployment of associated solutions (reporting, authorizations, Fiori, BW4…).

Optimization of business processes: purchasing, logistics, fixed assets, controlling, treasury.

Improvement of project governance: reporting, risk management, steering committee monitoring (COPROJ, COPIL, contractual committees).

My role in the project

As PMO, I am involved in:

Structuring and cross-functional steering of the project (planning, workload, indicators).
