I work with clients on audit, architecture, and technical team structuring missions. My role covers technical debt remediation, the implementation of robust engineering practices (CI/CD, quality, observability, GitOps), supporting tech leads, and managing technical transformations on critical systems. I also contribute to team training (craftsmanship, agility, best practices, tooling) and technical recruitment (needs qualification, interviews, real-level assessment).

OPCO Santé is the skills operator for the health, medico-social, and social sectors, on a non-profit basis. It supports structures in these sectors in their training policies, skills financing, and forward-looking employment management, in line with the sector's transformation challenges. As part of my mission at OPCO Santé, I was responsible for a comprehensive technical audit of the quality of existing code and the methodologies employed. I then supported the client in defining a product-centric agile organization, structuring the future full-stack development team. This intervention also resulted in the operational preparation of the IT system to accommodate this team: qualifying machines and software, carrying out a POC for the standardized configuration of the development environment (Windows, WSL2, Docker, IDE), and implementing the foundations for a GitOps approach, including the infrastructural prerequisites to ensure the automation and reproducibility of deployments. Technical Environment: Java, Angular, Docker, on-premise infrastructure.

In a Lean context, I intervened as Technical Lead within the Architecture and Technology team. My mission was to audit and structure the state of the IT system in terms of good practice and design, and to implement a methodology to control the quality of future developments transversally. One of my objectives was to unite Tech Leads, Chapter Leads, Scrum Masters, and Architects around common values in order to implement effective sharing processes and a culture of product design quality, enabling positive emulation in a context with little bandwidth for subjects without direct client value.
