❖ **Audit, Coaching & Leadership**: Audited and coached tribe leaders on value-driven management and the implementation of the LPM layer and product mode (transition from V-cycle to greater agility).

Managed the agile transformation of the "I PURCHASE I PAY" (IPIP) portfolio, from vision to execution. As an active member of the central LACE, I contributed to structuring, upskilling key stakeholders, and orchestrating the portfolio within a SAFe Lean Portfolio Management framework.

- Coached the LPM collective (35 members): supported key roles (VMO, BO, Lead BO) and facilitated the collective dynamics (France and International).

- Trained managers on SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (FR/EN).

- Designed and implemented "Operational Value Streams" (OVS), then "Development Value Streams" (DVS) with support from Orange Business's internal AI (Dinootoo).

- Structured the portfolio: budget planning (OPEX/CAPEX), implemented Jira Structure for tracking initiatives linked to development streams and associated KPIs.

- Strategic Facilitation (in-person and remote):

* Supported the Value Stream Management (VSM) workshop.

* Supported and facilitated vision definition workshops (OKRs, SWOT/TOWS, etc.).

* Contributed to Organizational Transformation: Broke down EPICs, aligned budgets, consolidated priorities and various roadmaps (portfolio and DVS).

* Defined and implemented performance indicators for the IPIP portfolio (% of EPICs related to "savings", strategic lead time, achieved OKR rate, flow time, % of trains aligned with portfolio OKRs, MVP success rate, % of trained LPM members, etc.).
