In the last 12 months, I've launched a SaaS for agency onboarding (Gateflow), a creative intelligence platform for Meta Ads (Louvr Performance), a cross-platform mobile app in Flutter (SMASH), and two e-commerce brands. All solo. All in production.

My advantage: I combine product design and full-stack engineering. This means faster deliveries, higher design-to-code fidelity, and a founder's perspective in every decision — I think about conversion and retention, not just tasks.

I developed and launched Gateflow in 48 hours — a B2B SaaS for onboarding marketing and design agencies.I developed and launched Gateflow in 48 hours — a B2B SaaS for onboarding marketing and design agencies.

The product solves a real problem: agencies lose days chasing new clients for signed contracts, project briefs, brand assets, and ad account access. With Gateflow, the agency creates a unique link per client that the client completes from their mobile without needing to register.

Built solo as founder and full-stack developer:

— Authentication with email and Google OAuth (Supabase Auth)

— Agency dashboard with real-time progress per client

— Client onboarding flow: contract signing, custom brief, file upload, and ad account connection

— Real file storage in Supabase Storage

— Automatic email notifications with Resend upon completion of each step

— Paid subscriptions with Stripe (€39/month and €99/month)

— Responsive mobile design on all pages

— RLS enabled in Supabase for user-specific data protection
