Arnaud Walter

After 28 years in banking, finance, and insurance, I chose to transform a career rich in experience into a new vocation: transmission. My journey began with an apprenticeship after a BTS in Insurance, before evolving for several years at Groupama, then over twenty years at Generali. There, I developed comprehensive expertise in insurance technicalities, social protection, wealth management, provident schemes, customer relations, and commercial performance.

Over time, I took on the role of referent, coach, and occasional trainer within the Generali Academy. This mission was a turning point: training, explaining, clarifying, and fostering progress became evident. I then began my retraining to become a professional adult trainer, with the desire to bring a lively, embodied pedagogy centered on field experience.

My strength? The rare combination of solid operational expertise, a true results-driven culture, and a human approach based on emotional intelligence and active pedagogy. I have designed and led modules on communication, customer relations, KPIs, psychosocial risks, professional posture, and sales techniques.

In parallel, my artistic activity as a DJ has taught me to read a group, create dynamics, maintain attention, and generate engagement: assets that I naturally transfer to my training sessions.

Today, I support learners with energy, structure, and kindness, transforming each content into a concrete experience. My mission: to develop everyone's skills, confidence, and potential. Training is no longer just my job: it's my new way of giving meaning to 28 years of experience.
