Syslor develops a videogrammetry application producing high-precision 3D models of trenches. This data is used for official topographic standard site reports. The EasyScan application is developed in Kotlin using Jetpack Compose UI, and the startup wanted to launch it on iOS as quickly as possible.

- Benchmarking of solutions (native greenfield, React Native, Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM), etc.).

- Development of an iOS video capture POC using KMM with Jetpack Compose.

- Application migration, leveraging existing Kotlin code, developing iOS-specific features (video, Bluetooth, sensors, map) in Kotlin or Swift via iOS Frameworks.

- Implementation of new features.

- Implementation of Unit Tests, setup of linters (KtLint, Lint, Detekt, Sonar Lint).

- Implementation of Sentry for KMM.

- CI implementation (testing, linters, tests, build, stores deployment).

The iOS application was available on the Apple Store in 4 months with a 99.3% crash-free rate.

Following the transition of React Native applications to native (iOS and Android) outsourced development, I took charge of application delivery.

- Release and delivery of iOS and Android applications.

- Management of release phases.

- CI implementation for iOS and Android mobile applications on Jenkins (automatic/manual versioning, unit/UI testing, vulnerability checks, linters, build variants based on a configuration file, publication on Firebase, Testflight, Nexus, and app stores, detailed job execution reports).

- Level 2 and 3 customer support.

Applications and SDK are delivered automatically via Nexus.

Based in Luxembourg but primarily operating in Switzerland with banks and hospitals, Jemmic provides a highly secure cross-platform instant messaging application, available as a white-label solution or SDK. The mobile application, initially developed in React Native, was redeveloped in native code in 2021.

- Introduction of Redux Sagas to stabilize various application phases or components (authentication, login, and long polling).

- Development of new features (mobile application / Spring Boot application).

- Management of the Android SDK (architecture, interfaces, build, delivery) and development of features in Kotlin.

- Optimization of the Android application's Gradle (directory structure, dependency management, implementation in a root project with nested projects / Git submodules).

- Development of Android UI tests (Appium).

- Development of a POC integrating a DialogFlow chatbot into Secuchat.

The React Native application no longer has any issues with authentication, login, connection, or long polling.
