For over 15 years, I have been working in adult training, with a strong specialization in the design, structuring, and deployment of training programs, both online and in blended learning.
I first worked as a trainer for the Swiss Confederation, where I contributed to the implementation of online training programs for demanding professional audiences.
This first experience allowed me to gain a solid understanding of the pedagogical, organizational, and technical challenges related to adult training.
For over three years, I have been an entrepreneur and self-employed.
I co-manage my own training center and I design, structure, and deploy online training and blended learning courses for my own programs as well as for other organizations.
In particular, I am responsible for all training engineering for several structures, including Swiss Learning Academy.
