About Arnaud

Workplace Project Manager / Certified Professional Coach / Transition Manager

I help General Management, HR, Real Estate, and General Services departments advance their workspace design, relocation, usage evolution, and work environment transformation projects.

I step in when projects are blocked not only by technical issues but also by buy-in, governance, decision-making, or usage challenges. I also work as a transition manager.

What I can offer you:
  • Project scoping: objectives, stakes, stakeholders, risks, timeline;
  • Operational management: coordination of trades, real estate, HR, service providers, and users;
  • Governance: steering committees, technical committees, decision-making, action plan tracking;
  • Change management: listening to teams on the ground, clarifying obstacles, fostering adoption of new uses;
  • Workshop facilitation: usage, lessons learned, team building, CSR awareness, seminars;
  • Experiential workshops combining theater, improvisation, and coaching to bring ground-level issues to light, test postures, and reinforce messages in a different way.
Possible deliverables:scoping note, roadmap, timeline, stakeholder matrix, steering/technical committee support, workshop summaries, action plan, workshop facilitator guide.

My profile is hybrid:15+ years of project management in demanding environments, expertise in Workplace / tertiary real estate / general services / facility management, a professional coaching certification, and experience in theater, improvisation, and stage direction.

Key references:
  • Projects up to 25,000 m²;
  • Headquarters of 10,000 m² for over 1,100 employees;
  • Annual budgets up to €10 million;
  • GRDF: immersive CSR workshops through games, improvisation, and real-life scenarios.
My added value:connecting strategic vision, operational reality, and human dynamics to transform decisions into concrete actions.

    Immersive CSR Workshop Facilitator – Improvisation & Real-life Scenarios
    ENERGY AND UTILITIES
    May 2026 - June 2026 (1 month)
    Lille, France

    Mission to facilitate immersive CSR workshops for GRDF (North-West Division), designed around theatrical improvisation applied to raising awareness among field teams.

    My contribution:

    I designed and facilitated a series of CSR workshops at two sites (Lille, Rouen) for operational teams, transforming the company's 8 CSR policy commitments into acted-out and debriefed skits. The goal: to foster concrete ownership of CSR issues through play rather than top-down communication.

    My responsibilities:

    • **Design of the complete pedagogical guide**: warm-ups, constrained improvisation exercises, debrief structuring
    • **Co-construction with the client CSR team**: custom role-playing cards, realistic field scenarios, keywords and messages to anchor
    *Live facilitationwith technical and support audiences, unfamiliar with theatrical improvisation

    *Integration of feedbackbetween the two sessions to refine the format (structured training theater rather than free improvisation)
    • Articulation between organizational coaching, facilitation, and workspace design consulting for collective time management

    This mission draws on my dual background: 15 years of experience in Workplace and Facility Management project management, and training as an actor-director, allowing me to design programs where learning through play serves concrete business objectives, CSR awareness, team cohesion, and change management.

    This type of workshop can be adapted to other themes.
