My contribution:I designed and facilitated a series of CSR workshops at two sites (Lille, Rouen) for operational teams, transforming the company's 8 CSR policy commitments into acted-out and debriefed skits. The goal: to foster concrete ownership of CSR issues through play rather than top-down communication.My responsibilities:- **Design of the complete pedagogical guide**: warm-ups, constrained improvisation exercises, debrief structuring
- **Co-construction with the client CSR team**: custom role-playing cards, realistic field scenarios, keywords and messages to anchor
*Integration of feedbackbetween the two sessions to refine the format (structured training theater rather than free improvisation)- Articulation between organizational coaching, facilitation, and workspace design consulting for collective time management
