HR function reinforcement and structuring mission

Reporting to General Management of support functions - Team of 5 employees / functional leadership of 10 local HRBPs

• Definition, launch, and implementation of the People Strategy & Managerial Practices

• Implementation of employee share ownership in 8 countries: blended communication and training for 1000 employees, securing and validating the system, appointing and leading representatives

• Strengthening C&B practices: profit-sharing, participation, AGA, and international mobility

• Creation of an internal academy: definition of vision and target organization, recruitment of a leader, deployment of global training programs

• Development of a global business skills framework

• Management of HR Due Diligence in the context of external growth project

Independent Member of the Nomination, Remuneration, and Human Policies Committee: advice, recommendations, and validation of human strategy and policies

Transformation and replacement missions

Global Headquarters and Business Unit IWS for hazardous waste treatment and valorization

• Management of Carve-out operations within the framework of the Veolia Suez takeover bid

• Change management, planning, and cross-functional coordination

• Design, optimization, and deployment/staffing of new organizations

• Operational HR management for scopes of 500 to 1000 employees

• Team leadership of 8 to 15 employees

• Management of social relations and communication
