Through Equinox HR (a company I created) or as a subcontractor for other consultancies, I offer 3 families of services:

- Talent attraction: selection of Middle Management or Specialist profiles in France and Spain.

- Talent activation: various methodologies for training / development of team management skills, teambuilding based on the KAPLA sustainable construction game

- Career Consulting: individual advice on professional transition (professional balance, networking, CV and LinkedIn preparation etc.).

I develop these services in France and Spain, my dual culture being a clear advantage when working with clients / projects that have this dual dimension (for example: client located in Spain, hiring for the French market; or client in France requesting the roll-out of a corporate skills development program in Spain).

I decided several years ago to work on my own to do things the way I believe they should be done: with great seriousness, professionalism, personalization, quality, and by taking care of the relationship with my clients, partners, and candidates.

Right Management is the Talent Management and Outplacement division of the Manpower Group.

360 Role of Business Development and Project Management for the following services: Individual and collective Outplacement (social plans, change management, reindustrialization), leadership development / coaching programs, Internal mobility projects.

Projects also integrated with Experis, the Group's Selection division.

Country Manager & Project Director for Crosstalent Spain.

Crosstalent is a start-up dedicated to the digitalization of the HR function through a SaaS HRIS solution, based on Salesforce.

Role: brand awareness, business development, localization of the solution for Spain, project management in Spain and France (leading development teams)
