With nearly 20 years of industry experience at various levels of responsibility and in diverse functions, I now serve companies seeking ad-hoc project support or acting as a transition manager.

My initial background in consulting allowed me to acquire methods and reflexes to be immediately operational, strengthen team cohesion, and deploy pragmatic solutions.

Having worked in industry in Finance functions for over 10 years, and recently as CFO for a startup and then CFO for 2 major players in the automotive sector, I am interested in missions that represent a real challenge and require mobilizing teams to drive change.

Appreciating roles that demand strong operational involvement as much as more corporate roles, I navigate all waters with agility. This has allowed me to act as a consultant for investment funds, in negotiating the implementation of industrial projects with the highest levels of government in France in 2019 and then in Algeria in 2024/2025, despite diplomatic tensions.

Experienced in transformation projects, change management, and "firefighter" interventions, I am capable of taking the lead on the regular activities of financial departments: forecast, rolling forecast, budget, monthly closing, cash forecast, KPI reporting, KPI transformation, etc.

Perfectly comfortable with technology, IT, ERP/IS, and a certified AI expert since December 2024, I have been using various solutions for over 2 years that allow me to increase my productivity, and in some cases, that of the teams I manage, while ensuring maximum security for clients.

I favor industrial and innovative companies but am open to discovering many other business sectors as long as there are challenges to overcome.
