Arnaud Finistre

I discovered photography at a very young age. It quickly became a passion and, after a Master's degree in communication, I decided to make it my profession.

For five years, I cut my teeth in the editorial staff of a daily newspaper and then, in 2010, I became independent.

First distributed by the ABACA Press agency, I then covered international news and responded to orders for the national press in the region or abroad.

Sensitive to the great upheavals of our time, I have covered, among other things, the earthquake in Haiti, the war in Libya, the Ukrainian revolution, the elections in Russia, the fall of Mosul in Iraq or the exodus of the Rohingyas.

Passionate about immersion subjects, my works also take the form of long-term subjects devoted to the stigmas of the civil war in Libya, to those excluded from growth and to the victims of climate change in India, or to the daily life of the monks of the abbey of Solesmes in France...
