Arnaud Despinoy

My name is Arnaud Despinoy. I am a mediator (civil and commercial), coach, and psycho-practitioner in brief and systemic therapy, consultant, and corporate trainer. Originally, I was an IT consultant for 7 years and head of the training center within a multinational company. I quickly saw that conflicts could spoil relationships as much at work as in families. And mine was no exception, as I experienced it personally.

I then chose to dedicate myself to mediation, coaching, and supporting people. Independent for over 20 years, my life journey and the practice and teaching of martial arts (the art of not fighting) give me a particular vision of human relations and social interactions. Harassment, workplace distress, a team in disarray, dramatic events (violence, suicides), change of environment, burnout, but also complex successions, divorces, domestic violence... all bear witness to the effectiveness of this integrative approach to the human sciences.

I put all my energy today into collaborating on projects that are closer to people. I dream of a school of peace, a planetary "econonomic" and respectful policy. I am a big dreamer, and I know it. But not naive.
