Led the project to establish an alternative SEND provision in Leeds, resulting in the launch of a compliant and operational center offering continuous tailored medico-educational services. Managed the entire project lifecycle, from site search to regulatory licensing. Coordinated a team of 8 members using a hybrid Waterfall/Agile methodology to develop customized services and track project progress, risks, and deliverables. Oversaw the recruitment of specialized staff and compliance with Leeds City Council, OFSTED, GDPR, and NHS regulations. Currently responsible for operational transition (support, training, feedback management) and coaching the team on agile practices for continuous integration of new educational needs.

Led the deployment of an asset management and trading platform to improve transaction execution, risk management, and compliance (MiFID II, MiFIR, MAR, GDPR, AML/KYC). Chaired Steering Committees, managed project tracking, risks, planning, and budget control. Conducted gap and compliance analyses, drafted business requirements and functional specifications. Coordinated development, configuration, training, acceptance testing, and change management phases. Provided support to traders and integrated their requests (features for complex order execution, implementation of automated trading strategies, custom indicators...). Performed market analysis through reverse engineering, backtesting, and advanced tools (order flow, volume profile, footprint) with a focus on volatility, momentum, and central bank/economic events. Acquired in-depth expertise in trading platforms (Stellar Trading, Trading Technologies, CQG, Bloomberg) and financial instruments (CME/EUREX futures, commodities, energy, bonds).

Led the development of a property management application and managed the product post-launch, ensuring rapid expansion to over 1500 units upon deployment. Managed the complete project and product lifecycle in Scrum and Kanban, from design to operation, including project management, product roadmap, iterative development, and continuous deployment. Defined the product vision and objectives with the sponsor, conducted competitive analysis, and gathered user requirements to establish the initial backlog. Refined the product roadmap and delivery plan, prioritizing the backlog for high-value features such as rental and accounting management, and task automation. Supported a cross-functional team of 5 members over 2-week sprints, facilitating scoping workshops, agile ceremonies, and the delivery of functional increments.
