Founded and operated Bluto, a successful e-commerce company, gaining valuable experience in business development and management. As Head of Product and Design, I was in charge of developing Bluto's brand image and guidelines and creating impactful marketing materials that engaged with the target audience. I was also in charge of designing our innovative e-commerce platform and its design system, overseeing its development, managing freelancers, and maintaining it by resolving daily issues, building new features, and optimising the UX with direct user feedback.

Startup experience as an in-house designer for a fintech blockchain consultancy. Being the only designer in a tech company, my role was really diverse. It included: the creation of digital desktop and mobile experiences for clients, from wire-framing to fully fledged design; the creation of dashboards and data visualisation systems; the design of supporting communication and marketing, including branding materials, event assets, website maintenance, and newsletters.; project management; etc.

My contributions led the company to introduce design services to its customers, which expanded the company's offerings and generated new revenue streams. Leading digital design projects from concept to implementation within agile, cross-functional teams, I collaborated with stakeholders, project managers, and developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality prototypes, wireframes, design systems, and layouts that aligned with client objectives.

My first work experience after design school, which led me on the path of UI/UX design and coding. I was the sole designer of a small web agency, where the CEO was taking care of client meetings and front-end coding. He asked me to take on this responsibility myself, and I quickly learned how to manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial brief to final production, including customer relations and subcontractor coordination.
