As PMO, I supervised a strategic project for the internalization of investment accounting, covering data import and historical transaction recovery. My role also involved developing the roadmap for financial processes and supporting teams in the transition to the new system, while optimizing operational processes and internal controls.

1. IFRS17 Migration

I coordinated the update of the group's financial closing calendar and the development of processes and controls necessary for compliance with IFRS17. My work helped structure the macro-processes and associated controls, ensuring an effective transition to the new regulatory framework.

2. IFRS9 Migration

I led the migration to a new sub-ledger accounting system (SimCorp Dimension), implementing an investment roadmap compliant with IFRS9 requirements. My role consisted of defining the migration strategy and testing, while ensuring the compliance of accounting entries and the smooth execution of the go-live.

3. Various projects
