Over the past 10 years, my missions have involved structuring and supporting teams in adopting an agile mindset, principles, and practices, as well as continuous improvement methods.

I enjoy inspiring people and helping them develop the aptitudes, skills, and behaviors necessary to take the first step towards continuous improvement. By combining my expertise with my listening skills, I have effectively supported teams and managers in their transformation. I am comfortable at all organizational levels. I am passionate about frameworks and their benefits, without ever losing sight of the human factor.

Born in France, with a Master's degree in MIAGE, I lived for 6 years in the Netherlands where I worked in an international and multicultural context.

With over 25 years in Information Systems Management and over 15 years of practice in Agile methods and tools, it is my expertise and field experience that I bring to the organizations and teams I support with pragmatism and serenity in their Agile transformation, without ever losing sight of the human factor.
