I designed and implemented a managed Kubernetes service (Kb8s.io) at BSO. Initially deployed on-site with VMware and components such as Metallb, Cilium-CNI and Nginx-Ingress, we evolved to a pilot approach based on Cluster-API. This transition allowed for a more agnostic Multi-Cloud adoption, resulting in identical deployments on Azure, AWS and KVM-CloudStack.

At the same time, we integrated the Loki, Grafana and Prometheus metrics stack to improve the visibility of deployed clusters, aiming for homogeneous monitoring regardless of their location.

In addition to these R&D efforts, I managed geographically distributed level 1 and 2 production teams and provided technical support for a variety of end customers. This mainly included hybrid environments with On-Premise infrastructure hosted in our data centers and complementary services on the AWS and Azure public clouds.

I created Synograph, a French and Chinese company that aims to help our clients develop internationally by supporting them in their deployment in Asia-Pacific, with a specialty for the context in mainland China.

We allow our clients to have an operational presence in Asia by providing resources trained in their infrastructure and applications, while providing them with advice to adapt to legal regulations.

My role is to take care of your cloud infrastructure, document it and continuously improve it by monitoring it 24/7.

I can also build "from scratch", according to your needs and constraints, your infrastructure on Amazon Web Service or GCP, in Asia or in several regions, in multi-cloud or not.

I also maintain our internal multi-cloud infrastructure on GCP and AWS piloted by the HashiCorp suite, in particular Terraform, Consul and Vault.

I joined the Nuxeo Platform team as a Cloud Engineer.

My main objective was to strengthen the team on all levels related to the maintenance and evolution of its SAAS services all hosted on AWS.

I contributed to daily Ops tasks, such as improving Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, converting Cloud Formation templates to Terraform.

I also worked with the Engineering team to automate the production deployment of a Serverless micro-service for media conversion (images and videos) developed with AWS Sam.
