During my experience in IT as a Java/Angular developer and project manager, I have designed both the back-end and front-end architecture, developed the application, and supervised the project team.

By collaborating closely with my team on database design and managing the Bitbucket repository, I gained a deep understanding of the technical challenges faced by developers. My role also allowed me to lead team meetings and presentations to various departments, ensuring smooth communication and effective coordination between development, database, security, and production teams. By managing the backlog and participating in weekly reporting with my client, I was able to quickly identify and resolve issues, fostering a collaborative work environment. The combination of my technical and project management skills allows me not only to oversee deliveries but also to support developers in resolving their difficulties, thus ensuring optimal performance and better final product quality.
