As the interface between the agency, its clients, suppliers, and partners, I manage all communications (calls, mail, emails) and orchestrate the schedule, travel, and meetings for the General Director and the project team. I also ensure the logistical organization of training sessions provided by the agency.

On the production side, I develop and format reports, presentations, technical and financial proposals for tenders, as well as all commercial documents: quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes. I structure and maintain physical and digital files, and I guarantee the editorial quality of our deliverables through proofreading, correction, and audio/video transcription.

On the financial side, I contribute to budget preparation and ensure rigorous monitoring of receipts and payments.

In project coordination, I work hand-in-hand with teams and clients: planning, work monitoring, deadline adherence, quality control, and compliant delivery.

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Canva, Generative AI, etc.: I leverage the best digital tools to gain speed, accuracy, and impact. My approach is to combine business expertise, digital tools, and artificial intelligence to automate what can be automated, ensure the reliability of each deliverable, and focus my energy on what truly matters: the value brought to our clients.
