As part of my visiting lecturer roles at IAE Valenciennes, I teach advanced office skills and digitalization tools to undergraduate Business Administration students (years 1 to 3 - MDO and CCA), preparing them for the digital demands of the professional world. - Teaching & transmission: Conducting lectures and practical sessions on the Microsoft 365 Suite: Excel, advanced introduction to programming with VBA macros, and introduction to data visualization tools with Power Query and Power BI. - Pedagogical engineering: Designing course materials, practical exercises, and case studies adapted to undergraduate levels. Developing initial assessments, grading rubrics, and scoring scales. Creating engaging pedagogical tools to foster learner commitment and progress. - Monitoring & evaluation: Continuous assessment of learning, grading assignments, providing individual support to students facing difficulties, and adapting content based on observed results. - Technological watch: Constantly updating pedagogical content to keep pace with digital tool evolution.

At GRETA Grand Hainaut, I served as a referent trainer for individuals seeking reintegration and career change. I supported learners, managed admissions, and conducted initial assessments. I worked on programs such as: CléA - LéA - DVE - "S'engager vers l'emploi" (Committing to employment). I provided individualized support, monitored progress, adapted content to individual profiles and levels, fostered autonomy and confidence-building, and led training modules including: - Training in digital and office skills (Microsoft 365 Suite, collaborative tools, digital environment). - Leading modules on transversal professional skills: communication, work organization, professional attitude. - CléA Certification: Managed and supported learners through the CléA certification (key skills in a professional context), DVE, and LEA. Assessed learning and prepared participants for certification exams. - Pedagogical engineering: Participated in the design of assessment and pedagogical monitoring tools. Created materials adapted for individuals facing difficulties, including people with disabilities (disability referent).
