My second expertise as a Sourcing Manager led me to propose a sourcing strategy for CA-GIP, which allowed me to gain a broader perspective on my role as a buyer by developing a more macro vision of the company.

Building on these two experiences, I can work on individual technical assistance, fixed-price contracts, and competence centers, as well as on a supplier panel rationalization strategy.
