Developed Fire Strategy Reports covering building type, occupancy, evacuation strategies, compartmentation, and firefighting access/facilities, providing a clear compliance narrative for design teams and approvals. Supported design of fire protection systems (alarms/detection, sprinklers, smoke control intent where applicable, emergency lighting and signage). Conducted fire risk assessments, compliance inspections and post-occupancy reviews, producing practical corrective actions. Coordinated fire safety integration with architects, contractors and MEP engineers, resolving interface risks early and avoiding late-stage redesign.
