Leasecom is a company specializing in financial leasing of professional equipment, with 267 employees across various agencies in France.

As part of this mission, I joined the Data & Analytics department, comprising about ten people working with Talend, Jaspersoft, BIRT, Power BI, and Qlik View solutions.

We were organized into squads of 5 people. My squad consisted of:

- 1 Business Analyst

- 1 Product Owner

- 1 Publishing Expert (Jaspersoft, BIRT)

- 1 ETL Developer (Talend)

- 1 Tester

My responsibilities:

- Conducted a comparative study of BIRT, Jasper Report, and Power BI.

- Collaborated with business teams to gather, analyze, and document reporting needs, translating these requirements into technical specifications.

- Optimized SQL queries to ensure report performance, especially with large data volumes.

- Developed complex and dynamic reports using Jaspersoft Studio.

- Performed unit tests and validations to ensure the accuracy and relevance of data in reports.

- Deployed to production.

- RUN: Corrected any bugs and handled business evolutions.

- Tech lead Talend Cloud: Assisted with the installation of Talend v8, helped send data via REST API.

I contributed to the following developments:

• Implemented several automatic dunning reports for the collections department. These reports helped in timely follow-up of overdue payments, enabling the collections team to recover approximately ten million euros in outstanding debts.

• Provided training on implementing Talend best practices.

Technical environment: Jasper Report Studio, BIRT, Talend Cloud v8, Redmine, Oracle, MS SQL, MARIA DB, CASSIOPAE, VIGIE, Scrum, Agile methodologies.

Lagardère Travel Retail is a major global player in Travel Retail, operating in transport hubs (airports, stations, metros, etc.).

The group operates over 4,900 points of sale in 45 countries across five continents (shops, duty-free stores, fashion brands, food services, and retail outlets).

We were organized into squads of 4 people. My squad consisted of:

- 1 Product Owner

- 3 Talend Developers

My responsibilities:

- Analyzed existing processes implemented in Talend to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and failure points.

- Identified process areas where improvements could be made in terms of efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.

- Implemented a rejection mode and defined error handling strategies for Talend jobs to ensure robust execution even in case of incidents.

- Integrated exception handling mechanisms to capture and process errors encountered during job execution.

- Implemented rejection routines to appropriately handle incorrect or invalid data, logging them.

- Performed unit testing and deployment on Talend TAC.

I contributed to the following developments:

- Implemented best practices for error handling and log monitoring.

Technical environment: Talend version 8, REST API, SFTP, Oracle, MS SQL, Redmine.

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is a leading European commercial and tertiary real estate company. The group owns and operates numerous shopping centers, often under the iconic Westfield brand.

As part of this mission, I joined the Data department, which consists of about ten people working with Talend, Snowflake, and TIBCO ESB solutions.

We were organized into squads of 4 people. My squad consisted of:

- 1 Architect

- 1 Product Owner

- 1 TIBCO ESB Expert

- 1 Talend Developer

My responsibilities:

- Reverse-engineered TIBCO ESB flows for migration of TIBCO ESB projects to Talend DI.

- Created Talend flows to decommission certain ESB flows and migrate data from SAP to Snowflake using BAPI functions.

- Created and populated tables in Snowflake.

- Performed unit testing and deployment on Talend TMC.

I contributed to the following developments:

• Decommissioned TIBCO ESB projects to reduce license costs, as some flows did not require real-time execution.

• Initiated the CREM project for loading data from multiple buildings.
