As Digital Project Manager, I supported Leo Brunett in his transition to the new To Be relationship model with a major client.

In this project, multi-level communication was key: local client, central client, local agency, central agency.

The project also had a significant process improvement component, as we analyzed the client's As Is state and identified potential areas for improvement.

Finally, I would highlight, as the project's greatest challenge, the negotiations with their final client to determine what was included in the scope of the framework project and what was not.

- I am responsible for ensuring that students from all over the university, including MBAs and alumni, find jobs in consulting. To achieve this, I have a team of 4 people reporting to me who carry out commercial, business development, and student advisory tasks.

- I design the commercial strategy regarding which consulting firms (clients) to contact and prioritize, and how to do so.

- I manage a portfolio of 27 major accounts with whom I regularly organize events and select and share profiles.

- I develop business (37 new accounts per year) by making initial contact and subsequent follow-up until students are placed.

- I advise 700 MBA and other postgraduate program students, both in groups and individually.

- I develop, plan, and deliver theoretical training and practical workshops weekly to prepare candidates for interviews.

- I build a personal brand on Instagram to drive student participation in these workshops and events.

- I managed my own client portfolio, including preparing commercial proposals and presenting them at the management level. The proposals included tailored value propositions and messages calibrated according to each client's interlocutor. Additionally, I organized an event where our clients presented the work we had done with them to other clients.

- I transformed a siloed planning process into an integrated planning process for the Spanish electricity system operator.

- I developed the Portfolio Innovation Plan for a university with over 15,000 students.

- I trained groups of approximately 15 consultants in analytical tools and the preparation of presentations and structured messages.

- I regularly interviewed candidates to join the consulting practice.
