Within the Digital Operations Department, I support the Scrum Team in an agile approach for the BARDOT V2 project.

Facilitator of interactions between ITSM and ESM Product Owners with Lead Developers and developers. Continuous improvement throughout the sprints of agile fundamentals (Definition Of Done, interactions, Inspection, Transparency, Adaptation).
