I designed and developed a complete Content Management System (CMS) and e-commerce platform for Apilus, a renowned Canadian company specializing in hair removal devices and accessories, as well as cosmetic products. The objective was to create an integrated solution for their first subsidiary in Armenia, including inventory management, the online store, invoicing, payments, and, of course, the public website interface.

The project was ambitious and complex, with many details and nuances to consider, but my team and I successfully met the challenge. We delivered the system in a record time of four months, whereas other specialists estimated a minimum of seven months. Thanks to rigorous planning, advanced technical expertise, and effective collaboration with my team, we implemented a robust, reliable solution tailored to the company's specific needs.

The CMS now allows for smooth management of products, orders, and inventory, while offering customers an intuitive and pleasant online shopping experience. We also continue to provide technical support, updates, and maintenance, ensuring the platform remains high-performing and stable. I designed and developed an enterprise content management and process automation system for Harry Traiteur, a catering company providing services to aircraft and ships. Through this system, several manual and time-consuming tasks have been automated, allowing for faster and more organized work. The large volume of data is now structured and easily manageable. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, enabling teams to efficiently manage daily operations. I continue to provide technical support, manage backups, and respond quickly to all requests, ensuring the system's smooth and reliable operation.
