As a certified Level 2 Creative Problem Solving (CPS) Facilitator, I advanced my expertise in the Osborne-Parnes CPS methodology in collaboration with senior CPS professionals, with a strong focus on designing highly engaging, out-of-the-box learning experiences that drive measurable outcomes. I developed and delivered innovative workshop formats that combined structured problem-solving frameworks with creative learning design, enabling teams to unlock creative potential, generate high-value ideas, and translate them into actionable solutions. By tailoring facilitation tools and experiential learning interventions to each stage of the CPS process, I consistently improved participant engagement, accelerated decision-making, and strengthened teams’ long-term innovation capabilities.
