- Participation in the development and implementation of financial strategy

- Monitoring overall profitability and ensuring financial autonomy

- Managing relationships with external organizations and monitoring assignments

- Ensures, through internal or external audit missions, the application of the internal control system;

- Preparation of financial documentation for Board of Directors meetings

Missions:

• Lead accounting migration processes (interfaces with other IT systems).

• Prepare accounting and financial statements, including interim/final/consolidated balance sheets.

• Translate the Group's objectives into quantifiable data annually: turnover, projected expenses, profitability rate, EBITDA, net income.

• Implement cost accounting for all Group companies.

• Supervise the entry of accounting and cost accounting data in compliance with procedures.

• Regularly report Group steering indicators to senior management.

• Inform and advise management on tax and accounting constraints/obligations.

(Licensed by both the Saudi Capital Market Authority and the Dubai Financial Services Authority):

Missions:

• Development of management procedures and tools.

• Participate in Group reporting and supervision of the budget and monthly closings, steering of results, monitoring of activity indicators.

• Build, monitor, and analyze data for closings, annual and re-estimated budgets (turnover, P&L, profitability and non-recurring items, general expenses, other P&L items, investments, working capital requirement variations).

• Prepare corresponding summary statements.

• Supervision and control of accounting closings.

• IT system optimization.

• Preparation of consolidated accounts according to local and international accounting standards (IFRS).

• Ensure accounting interface with all other group departments.

• Manage relationships with statutory auditors, banks, tax authorities, lawyers.
