After a career of more than 20 years dedicated to communication and sales, helping my clients achieve their goals through advertising and communication in mass media commercial departments, I decided to change my professional path and train as a Personal and Team Coach.

In companies, through my training, I focus on guiding professionals and teams towards greater awareness of their reality and alignment with their objectives. Using the Coraops Systemic Work Methodology with teams, contributing my background as a Life Coach, and adding my training as a Teacher applying experiential and transformative tools and dynamics.

My methodology is translated into eminently practical workshops/programs for daily application at work, through individual and group dynamics, so that the workshop becomes an EXPERIENCE, integrating tools and resources during the workshop itself that can be applied simply and practically.
