• • Identified critical friction points across retail banking customer journeys, including onboarding abandonment, repetitive KYC documentation, and opaque dispute resolution processes, through structured journey mapping and process analysis.

• • Designed an agentic AI architecture coordinating specialised micro-agents to automate tasks such as document validation, eligibility checks, governance frameworks, case assembly, and plain-language decision explanations, improving transparency and reducing manual effort in customer workflows.

• • Developed a proof-of-concept prototype using Python, Zapier, Flowise AI, and Perplexity Labs, simulating AI agents capable of document validation, product comparison and automated form filling, demonstrating how data driven automation could improve customer onboarding efficiency.

• • Produced a client-ready strategic recommendations and demonstration models, translating the technical prototype into strategic recommendations on AI adoption.
