As Network and Systems Administrator at LOGISSEO, I oversee the design, security and maintenance of the IT infrastructure. I look after advanced firewall configurations, managed switches and secure solutions. I deploy virtual environments (VMware/Hyper-V), implement backup strategies (Veeam, Acronis) and monitor corporate security. I apply ITIL best practices and contribute to compliance audits (ISO 27001, GDPR).

Hydia is a sovereign web solution that centralizes and secures sensitive company data (passwords, documents, notes) in a unique, intuitive space compliant with European standards.

It facilitates the secure sharing of this information, both among employees and with external clients or partners.

To enhance digital vigilance, Hydia also integrates cybersecurity training modules to reduce human risks against cyber threats.

Main missions and achievements:

Real-time monitoring of security events within the Security Operations Center (SOC), covering an environment of over 1000 employees and more than 1000 IT assets.

Administration and management of the security infrastructure: SIEM, EDR/XDR, firewalls, proxies, centralized antivirus, and behavioral detection tools.

In-depth analysis of logs from network equipment, servers, and workstations to identify, qualify, and correct threats.

Management of Office 365 environments (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive): account administration, security policies, and license management.

Active Directory administration: user and group management, GPO policies, access rights, and integration of secure authentication solutions.

Implementation and maintenance of centralized administration solutions for monitoring, supervision, and automation of recurring tasks.

Execution and implementation of internal phishing campaigns.

Level 1 to 2 technical support for users: diagnostics, incident resolution, assistance, and cybersecurity awareness.

Contribution to GDPR compliance and internal security policies, with the drafting of technical reports and summaries for management.

Continuous technological and regulatory watch on emerging threats, security tools, and best practices in cybersecurity.
