My previous experience has been in both family or own businesses, as well as for others. Mainly in Jewelry, although also in designer furniture and decoration.

I currently work in the Hugo Atracción Interpersonal Team, and I participated as the official Community Manager for Madrid Tech Show, an International Digital Marketing Fair, covering the congress, talks, and exhibitors on Twitter.

I handle strategy, content creation, editorial calendar, video editing, copywriting, customer service, audits, monthly analysis monitoring the results of the actions taken, running contests... The typical tasks of the position and always with total flexibility to what the client needs.

My training as a Social Media Manager was with Mamis Digitales (Mentors: Franc Carreras (Esade) and Billie Sastre (Top Customer Service Strategy Consultant)). A very complete training covering Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, mainly. I expanded with their TikTok module. And I add several courses from Fundación Telefónica: Storytelling, Brand Creation, Digital Marketing, and Growth Hacking.
