Directed global resources and suppliers, aligning with strategic objectives, Target Operating Model, growth, and organisational goals and capabilities. Oversaw design and build of operations in 176 countries, managing €5.5bn in net sales, 12 manufacturing sites, and a workforce of 12,500 FTEs.
