For the first 2.5 years, I served as the Co-Founder and CEO of Loopin, helping to build the company's strategic ambition to empower managers with real time actionable data and remove team data silos in order to give senior management, tangible and obvious areas for change, in a timely and easily understandable dashboard. I managed financial operations, including fundraising and budgeting, while building and leading a high-performing team. Mastered the difficulties of product creation and market launch, including acquiring funds via investment assessment and client acquisition. Maintained a competitive edge by creating marketing tactics to increase brand visibility and modifying plans in response to market trends and competition. In order to ensure operational effectiveness and the organisation's reputation, compliance and internal process optimisation were constantly prioritised.

VGS sat as the TopCo for our brands that included, Find Your Edge and BraveEdge. Having translated value from time spent in the Royal Marines, blended with consultancy, we were able to drive tangible outcomes to SMB and Large Corporate by delivering people strategies, encompassing coaching, workshops and programmes. VGS delivered a 2020 HSBC People Strategy to 4000+ members of its bank. Notably gaining the highest ever engagement score and intervention conducted, to date.
