My responsibilities included assisting with partner onboarding and reviews, handling operational compliance requests, and creating and maintaining compliance databases to ensure proper documentation, data consistency, and audit readiness.

Supported risk and compliance initiatives by coordinating training deployment, monitoring KPIs, and contributing to risk-related projects. Assisted with stakeholder reporting, documentation, and cross-team coordination to ensure structured follow-up of risk and compliance actions.

As a freelance PMO Risk, I coordinated strategic risk and compliance projects across multiple stakeholders. My responsibilities included supporting the development and structuring of risk frameworks, monitoring project progress, and producing executive-level reporting. I contributed to the deployment and follow-up of AML/CFT (AML/LBC) training programs, including coordination with internal teams, tracking completion rates, and ensuring proper documentation. I also supported KPI monitoring, risk action tracking, and reporting to senior management to ensure structured oversight of risk and compliance initiatives.
