➢ CSDR Settlement Discipline (Centralized Security Deposit Regulation”– Regulatory Remediation

• Objective: to ensure stability of CSDR SD reports and to develop an analytical tool (Certified Data Product) to provide

comprehensive insights into settlement activities for Operations, Product, and Commercial teams.

• Key Activities:

o Conducted workshops with stakeholders to define requirements for the analytical tool, aimed at delivering accurate

and actionable insights into failed instructions for improved decision-making and client engagement.

o Oversaw data sourcing, data warehouse (DWH) upgrades, and Cube modeling to support the tool’s effectiveness.

o Migrated CSDR SD reports from Cognos to Power BI, ensuring continuity and enhanced reporting capabilities.

o Led requirements gathering and analysis for “Systematically and Consistently failing participants” report.

o Defined and executed test cases to validate deliverables and ensure quality outcomes.

• KAIROS LU: in the frame of the Core Banking Renewal (Avaloq) project, the Luxemburg's Regulatory reports production had to migrate on a new platform (FTOM – SOPRA):

• Workshops with stakeholders to define the requirements/business rules to produce the StatBCL (Regulatory statistical reporting) and CDDP6 (payments statistics) extracts to SOPRA Reg Reporting application

• Define the new required data to be sourced / to be derived, including the mapping Avaloq accounting rubrics vs StatBCL accounting plan, and data model impacts

• Tests of incremental developments

• PST-3 Payments Statistics- Regulatory reporting: workshops with stakeholders to map the requirements and define business rules/user stories (tasks covering the functional analysis part as well), including test cases execution

• KeyHome (KTB mortgage product) data integration into the datawarehouse (DWH): conceptual and logical data model, including ETL rules

• Revamping of existing reports from old DWH to new DWH (and from decommissioned reporting tool SSRS/Sharepoint to Tableau): workshops with reports users to validate/challenge the reports KPI's (including functional analysis to create the required reports data sets)

• Dashboards on request for Marketing and Risks departments (Client profile, etc..) Projects carried on following the Agile framework
