• Cut log ingestion costs by identifying high-cardinality noise sources (CronJob service explosion, base-image tag contamination) and filtering them without losing SRE or security-relevant signals.

• Built Golden Signals dashboards, Kubernetes alerting and SLOs for services handling hundreds of thousands of requests per second; defined RUM strategy for front-end monitoring.

• Partner with security teams on log compliance: sensitive-data scanning, secret exposure review and retention policies.

• Built and operated a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform for financial services on Azure and Kubernetes (AKS, networking, API Management, App Services, Key Vault, Entra ID).

• Ran production Kubernetes platforms: deployments, ingress, secrets, certificates, autoscaling and cluster reliability.

• Implemented GitOps workflows with ArgoCD and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform / OpenTofu and Crossplane for scalable multi-tenant provisioning.
