ME+EM, I am responsible for retouching a broad range of imagery, including e-commerce, campaign, and still life content, ensuring visual consistency and artefact-free results across the website and digital platforms. I collaborate with the production team to colour-match garments to bulk samples, handling both standard edits and more complex requests such as drastic colour changes and compositing where required. I also contribute to colour grading campaign imagery, helping to align tones and mood across different lighting setups to maintain a cohesive visual style. In addition, I work closely with photographers to check on-set lighting setups, ensuring consistency that would support an efficient and seamless post-production workflow. All retouching is carried out using a non-destructive workflow, allowing for flexible collaboration and image integrity throughout the process.

Maman Bébé, I was responsible for retouching a wide range of assets, including cutouts, composites, and lifestyle imagery, using a non-destructive workflow to ensure quality, flexibility, and consistency. My work involved accurate color matching to bulk samples and managing complex composite edits to align with brand standards. In addition to in-house retouching, I was the main point of contact for externally produced imagery, overseeing the quality control and retouching of assets delivered by third-party suppliers and freelance photographers to ensure they met our visual standards before going live across digital and print platforms.

As a freelance retoucher, I have worked with a diverse range of brands

across fashion, footwear, and accessories, including Dr. Martens,

Primark, Ermanno Scervino, Lavish Alice, Mahabis, Coccinelle, and

others. This role has involved retouching a wide variety of content—

from high-volume e-commerce to editorial, campaign, and lookbook

imagery—each requiring a tailored approach to meet different creative

directions, brand aesthetics, and technical specifications.

Working with clients across different time zones, creative teams, and

workflows presented a number of challenges, including adapting

quickly to varying standards, managing tight deadlines, and resolving

inconsistencies in source files or lighting setups. These experiences

have helped me become more versatile, solution-oriented, and

confident in my ability to work independently, while still remaining

responsive and collaborative. It also enabled me to refine my skillset,

particularly in non-destructive editing, colour accuracy, fabric and skin

retouching, and multi-image set consistency, further developing my

eye for detail and strengthening my overall post-production practice.
