My name is Antonio Álvarez and I am someone who trusts people and their abilities, and distrusts those who say 'this is how it is, I'm telling you,' those who only have certainties and no doubts, those who do not accept other points of view, because they belittle others.
I started as a Social Educator. For ten years (1990-2000) I worked in Family Support Programs at the Madrid City Council. My job was to support, train, and assist minors at social risk, to facilitate their integration, their schooling, and healthy leisure activities, in other words, helping them get ahead in life.
In the year 2000, I began a new phase as a Human Resources Consultant and Specialist in Training and Professional Development, which has allowed me to collaborate in the design and implementation of ideas and proposals that drive professional and organizational development, and that support the people who make up Organizations, participating in projects that are enabling:
