I followed a business school program with a specialization in corporate finance.

I started working in private equity funds. After 6 months of experience on the investor side, I joined a Big 4 as a generalist transaction services consultant where I was able to support entrepreneurs in their divestment or fundraising projects by producing business plans; valuation models; pitch decks. Always having been attracted to entrepreneurship, I launched two e-commerce businesses during my studies, then in parallel with my work. I have always wanted to combine my financial know-how with my interest in digital. After this generalist experience in a Big 4, I decided to join a mergers and acquisitions firm specializing in e-commerce in the "ultra-small cap" segment (valuations between €100k and €3,000k). Currently employed at this firm, my responsibilities include: financial and strategic analysis as well as valuation of digital businesses; preparation of sales files (bp; presentation pitch, etc.); identification of potential buyers and contact with them; presentation of businesses to potential buyers; management of Q&A; management of negotiations. This position allows me to be as close as possible to entrepreneurs and at the heart of the analysis, being 100% autonomous in managing deals.
