- Consulting: Churn reducion strategy

• • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to align technical execution with business goals in e-commerce KPIs.

• • Analysis on costumer behavior using e-com portal, including A/B testing.

• • Analyzed incident patterns in production to propose data-driven long-term solutions, improving resolution time.

• • Enhanced operational efficiency by identifying patterns in recurring incidents and proposing long-term solutions, reducing issue resolution time using either AI or requesting solutions to developers or other teams
