Joined Dactra a.s., a new GPU datacenter designed to rent bare‑metal GPU power on demand. Key responsibilities & results

- Built the entire architecture from the ground up and delivered the first operational machines in three months.

- Led four specialist teams: Client & Admin portals, Networking layer, Orchestration layer, Middle layer (a central hub that secured and coordinated all other layers).

- Set the roadmap, milestones, and deadlines; ran stand‑ups and sync calls; unblocked issues to keep everyone on schedule.

- Solved hardware issues (missing IPMI on initial GPU boards) by sourcing alternatives and updating rack specs.

- Made key technology choices (NetBox, OpenStack, custom microservices).

- Hired engineering talent and reported directly to the stakeholder group. The finished platform drew interest from a major investment fund and lead to acquisition process.

Co‑founded Muj Fres, a discount online grocery store with scheduled delivery. Key responsibilities & results

- Shipped the entire MVP in one month — built a user‑friendly Next.js storefront (using a purchased template to speed things up) with modern UX/UI for a frictionless experience compared to what was on the market.

- Designed and implemented an in‑house ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) + WMS (Warehouse Management System): a BigQuery‑based data lake with Google ML prediction APIs, Python pipelines, and Looker Studio dashboards that showed near real‑time KPIs.

- When marketing stalled due to inability of our marketing team, stepped in as a person responsible for SMM, ran hero‑product campaigns on social media, and doubled sales in under two months.
