1. Audit and Process Analysis
Each assignment begins with an audit phase to understand the company's operations:

Analysis of the existing situation: Study of your current methods (spreadsheets, paper, old software) and identification of bottlenecks.

Needs definition: Identification of specific business needs (new construction, renovation, maintenance) and invoicing requirements (public contracts, subcontracting, private clients).

2. Data Research and Structuring

This stage involves supporting you after the software editor's configuration, so that it becomes your management tool:
